The Berkshire Community College Board of Trustees
is composed of Berkshire County residents appointed to the board
(see page 148) by the governor of Massachusetts. Some of the major
functions of the board include reviewing and approving the college’s
programs and policies, various faculty and staff appointments, and
tuition and fees not mandated by the state. The board meets regularly
most months at 4:30 on the fourth Tuesday. Except for executive
sessions, all meetings are open to the public. Specific meeting
dates and locations are available from the office of the President.
