Enrollment Verifications
Students may need to provide proof of enrollment for
various reasons, usually for health insurance purposes. Upon request,
the Registrars Office will complete an enrollment verification
form provided by the insurance company or a BCC form created for
this purpose. The student must sign a release allowing BCC to send
the enrollment information to an insurance company or other third
party. Students can stop by the office to complete a release form
or they may send in a request in writing.
While the enrollment verification request may be made
at any time, enrollment is not verified until after the end of the
"drop/add" period, usually the first full week of classes
each semester. After this time, verifications are usually sent out
within 48 hours of the request.
