Peer Tutoring

Free tutoring in all academic disciplines is offered to all day and evening students enrolled in a class at BCC and desiring additional assistance with their coursework. Students are tutored by other students or by individuals from outside of the college who have special expertise.

Tutoring sessions are normally one hour in length and are held on an individual basis or in small groups. All students meet with their tutors at the scheduled time each week for the entire semester.

Peer Tutoring has become an important support service to students at all academic levels at BCC.

"Need a Tutor" to apply online for a tutor and to familiarize yourself with the responsibilities of being tutored.

"Become a Tutor" to learn about joining the Tutorial Services Program at BCC and to familiarize yourself with the responsibilities of being a tutor.
