Privacy Regulations

Confidentiality of Student Records

The confidentiality of student records is maintained in accordance with the provisions of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (also known as the Buckley Amendment). Students should be familiar with the college’s policy governing their rights, especially the policies governing the release or disclosure of student information. Please read the College’s policy statement and contact the Registrar’s Office if you have any questions.
