Grade Reports

At the end of each semester, student are mailed a final grade report which lists all of the courses attempted for that semester and the final grade assigned by the faculty member. Final grade reports are not released for students that have an outstanding financial obligation to the college.

During the fall and spring semesters, a mid-term grade report may also be sent to students. Mid-term grades are an opportunity for faculty to "warn" students that their performance is near or below the level needed to pass the course. Students receiving a "D", "F" or other mid-term warning grade should be sure to discuss the grade with the course instructor to determine what action should be taken.
